1. Agreement Terms
1.1 This "Hex of Trials User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the game developer(s) (hereinafter referred to as "we" or the "Developer(s)") regarding your use of the "Hex of Trials" game (hereinafter referred to as "this Game").
1.2 By downloading, installing, or using this Game from an app store (including but not limited to the Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement and the corresponding Privacy Policy.
1.3 If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using this Game. If platform policies or laws and regulations require you to confirm acceptance of a new version of this Agreement before you can continue using the service, you must complete the corresponding confirmation process. Otherwise, you may be unable to continue using this Game.
1.4 We reserve the right to amend this Agreement from time to time. The amended agreement will take effect upon publication within this Game or on the official website. Please review it periodically.
1.5 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service at any time and may, at our sole discretion, terminate or restrict your access to the Game without prior notice.
2. Access and Use of Service
2.1 You are responsible for any network communication charges incurred while accessing and using this service.
2.2 Using this service confirms that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use this service after your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Agreement.
2.3 All risks associated with downloading and using this Game are borne solely by you.
3. Account and Data
3.1 This Game is a casual game that can be played without registering an account.
3.2 Game data is primarily stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the game, clearing the cache, or changing devices may result in the loss of game data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer(s) bear no responsibility for this.
3.3 iCloud Backup (iOS only): You may choose to use Apple's iCloud service to back up your game progress. This feature is provided by Apple Inc., and data management for it is subject to Apple's iCloud terms and policies.
4. Fees and Purchase Terms
4.1 In-game virtual currency (e.g., coins, gems, etc.) can only be obtained through official in-game channels. We reserve the right to remove virtual currency and items obtained through any unofficial, illegal, or improper means without prior notice.
4.2 Virtual currency and items are for use solely within this Game. They cannot be exchanged for real currency or physical goods, nor can they be transferred.
4.3 We reserve the right, upon providing reasonable notice, to adjust the types, pricing, or functionality of virtual currency and items.
5. User Conduct and Content
5.1 All actions you undertake while using the service (including, but not limited to, any content generated) must not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.2 You agree to abide by public order, good customs, and relevant codes of conduct. We reserve the right to take measures, including but not limited to account suspension, against any behavior that violates this Agreement.
5.3 Any form of cheating is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to using unauthorized third-party programs, exploiting game vulnerabilities, interfering with the normal operation of the service, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All intellectual property rights in this Game (including but not limited to its source code, object code, documentation, art assets, character designs, etc.) belong to the Developer(s). No entity or individual may copy or use them in any manner without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 This game service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.2 We are not liable for any losses arising from force majeure, third-party service issues, or your improper use.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use this service.
9. Governing Law
9.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
10. Severability
10.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed from the Agreement without affecting the continued validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
11. Assignment
11.1 We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement to an affiliated company or an acquirer without your consent. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
